  Every McDonald's restaurant seems to have a problem on making the hamburger that they advertise. The staff always seem to have a problem on how to make the most basic hamburger on the menu. I believe the management of all McDonald's venues should do spot checks on making sure that the products that they are sending out are if up most quality as advertised in all their pictures and advertisements. I only eat hamburgers / Jr burgers and every McDonald's restaurant I have to return the burger at least two times to have it made correctly, it is the most basic burger on your menu yet it is the most messed up burger that I have come across.

  Worst experience ever, and going downhill fast. We went on a Friday night at 7pm, it was very quiet for a Friday night.
  Before the car even came to a stop at the window to receive our order, we were told to park in the waiting bay.
  We waited over 5 minutes to receive our order by a girl who looked so bored and was busy dragging her feet to the car to give us the order.
  We were missing our kids meal so we had to go in to get the kids meal.
  When we got home we then found out that one of our fries were missing as well, the fries we did receive were just thrown into the bag so half of the contents were emptied into the bag, we were also missing the sauce for our nuggets as well as a straw for our drink ( not unexpected though let's be honest.)
  Every item of food was just thrown into the bag, one cheesburger was unwrapped laying in the bag with the ingredients just slapped together.
  All of the burgers ordered was just slapped together without a care in the world.
  Food was cold.
  Pickles in the burger may as well not even have been in there, they were that tiny.
  Almost 60 bucks spent and all items thrown into just 1 bag when realistically they should have been put into 2 bags.
  If your going to instantly park people, atleast make it worth the wait to actually pack it properly and have everything in there, we are already waiting, may as well make us wait the extra few minutes to make sure the order is correct.
  A toddler would do a better job of making the food and ensuring that the orders are correct.
  Your a disgrace Rowville, we'll start travelling further to get the service we are entitled to when we spend close to 60 bucks on it.
  I wouldn't even feed my non existent dog the crap we were served tonight or my worst enemy.
  Retrain your staff!!!

  Disappointing level of service! Don't order create your own salad or burger. Almost half of the time they don't have the ingredients. Takes half an hour to serve.
